Slowly, but surely…

After months of nothing… again… I have finally decided to spend a lot more time here! The main issue was that I didn’t really know what I should write, and more importantly, what I shouldn’t! However, after much thinking and coffee-drinking, I have pinpointed some areas that I would like to discuss in some detail here, and shall be in the following few days.

I think that the main issue I has was trying to find the balance between ‘interesting’ and ‘personal’ without going to far… There were sometimes over the past year or so that I have found myself in the middle of interesting stories, but then decided against posting about them due to the content matter or people involved.

Now I have a much more defined plan, I have also decided to go back and add additional content from the past few months - that before would not be classed as ‘newsworthy’ - and thankfully now they do… These were times when I tried to make some kind of difference, failed (again), and would of ranted about it instead of reviewing the situation and trying to move on from it - hopefully the latter will apply from now on.

Finally, I have launched the new look for the site - I hope you like! More changes are in the works, and I am hoping to have the site completed (from a design point of view) by the weekend!
